The doll show which was held Friday January 12, at the Sperryville School, was a huge success with about 160 dolls being shown, the doll show was sponsored by Mrs. Ann S. Keyser’s 6th grade pupils. The prizes were won by prettiest doll—Lottie Burke 1st; Lottie Burke, 2nd; Patsy Frazier, 3-rd. Nicest crying class—Peachy Lyne, Joyce Dwyer, Annie Leake. Smallest—Ebba Hitt, Evelyn T. Miller, Elizabeth -Smith. Best dressed doll—Georgie Standish, Evelyn Miller, Edna Yates Schaefer. Ugliest class—had no entries, as no child ever had an ugly dolL Largest doll—Millie Sisk, Edna Yates Schaefer, Elsie Mae Jenkins. Prettiest hair— Patsy Frazier, Linda Dodson, Elizabeth Verner. Most unusual—Evelyn T. Miller, Becky Jones, Elizabeth Verner.

The most Real Looking baby— Carolyn Brown, Dorothy Taylor Davis, Elizabeth Smith. Nicest walking doll—Mildred Woodard, Frances Walker. Old Fashion doll Mable Hawkins, Elisabeth Verner, Doris Fincham.

The most dolls entered in the show by a child were—1st Evelyn Miller, 2nd Elizabeth Smith, 3rd Alice Leake, Judy Hawkins, Edna Yates Schaefer, who showed the same number.

The nicest collection was won by Evelyn T. Miller. The Foreign Doll collection was won by—1st Georgie Standish; 2nd Frances Walker; 3rd Evelyn T. Miller. Best Rag doll—1st Becky Jones; 2nd Georgie Standish, 3rd Evelyn T. Miller. Sweetest doll—1st Becky Jones; 2nd Charlotte Thompson; 3rd Mary Lou Davis. Best boy doll class—1st Judy Hawkins; 2nd Judy Black; 3rd Carolyn Brown. Twin doll class—1st Annie Mae Burke; 2nd Frances Dodson; 3rd Dorothy Atkins. Best International class was won by Elizabeth Verner.

Outside exhibitors—-1st Mrs. S. E. Hening; 2nd Mrs. Charles Estersred; 3rd Mrs. Charles Estes. For the fnost unusual doll—Mrs. S. E.. Hening won 1st. For the outsiders' smallest doll.

Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Pierce and children, of Occoquon, were the week-end visitors of Mrs. B. F. Cannon of Castleton.
