Eggnog is easy to make. Beat an egg thoroughly, sweeten very lightly, add a few drops of vanilla and then add the milk. Turn into serving glasses and add a sprinkle of nutmeg of cinnamon, or a little whipped cream. Vary the flavor as you wish by adding fresh or canned fruit juice, vnalted milk, or fruit syrup.
