Miller at their home. On Saturday Mr. Miller attended the wadding of Miss Dorcas Morgan and -“Flash” Pearson at the Baptist church in Warrenton.

Mrs. Alfred Armstrong and son Freddie, of Williamsburg, were the week-end guests of Mrs. Armstrong's mother Mrs. Lilly Barbour at her home in Woodville. Dr. and Mrs. W. G. Pendleton had as their guests at “The Rectory” for several days this week Mrs. George Nichols, Mrs. Edward F. Littlehabes and children Billy and Bobbie, of Seattle, Wash. Mrs. Nichols and Mrs. Littlehabes are enroute to Madison, NJ.

Miss Julia Bell Walter was a recent over-night guest of Miss Lois Walter. i Mrs. Henry Keyser and son Billy, of Williamsburg, are expected today at “Pleasant View”, the home of Mrs. Will Keyser and Joe DeJ. Keyser, to be with Mrs. Keyser during the absence of Mr. Keyser, who leaves for New Orleans Friday. • . Miss Erver Poe spent last —Thursday afternoon with _ Mrs. Hugh Riley.

On Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Brown and their house guest werte dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Julian Brown in Culpeper- Thursday for Jfanchfeon Mr. and Mt^s. Brown had as their quests Lester Dalton, Mr. DeHart from VPI, J. E. Yeager, Mr. Wire and W. H. Lyne. Their supper guests were Rev. apd Mrs. A. Paul Thompson, Jack Taylor, Lee Thornton, Jr., and P. Lee III and Mrs. Mary Thornton.

Mrs. Annie Latham entertained the Woman's Missionary Society of the Amissville Baptist church last Thursday afternoon.
