ENLISTS IN ARMY
The enlistment of Alvin Davis Wallace in the D. S. Army is announced by the U. S. Army and U. S. Air Force Recruiting Station -in Culpeper. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Miller Wallace of Woodpile. He was sent to Fort Knox, Ky., for basic training.
The restrictions placed on Air Force enlistments two weeks ago are being lifted now, the recruiting office states. After February 1 both the army and air force will be open for enlistments. The Culpeper recruiting office invites those who have applications filed for the air force to report for processing without delay.
