On Sunday among the members of the family who visited Mrs. S. G. Bruce at the home of Mr. and i Mrs. C. E. Brown were Robert and Bennie Bruce, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Jones of Front Royal. Mrs. Bruce, who is convalescing from a recent illness, is now able to be up in b^r room most of the time.
Mrs. Lester Dodson, who returned to University hospital last week with her infant daughter, Dorothy Lee, returned to her home in Sperryville Friday. The little girl is much improved.
Fred Schaefer, who was in Charlottesville Saturday* visited C. H. Hisle, a patient in Martha Jefferson hospital. Mr. Hisle is improving and expects to he able to leave the hospital shortly.
Mrs. William J. Brown was a week-end guest of her mother, Mrs. John P. Jenkins at the home Of Mr. and Mrs. John P< Jenkins, Jr., in, Alexandria. .
Sgfc. George Rowe of Bowling Field and Miss Barbara Swindler, of Brentwood, Md., were weekend guests of Mrs. O. B. Swindler at Sperryville.
