Transportation Needed
For Clinic Patients
Mrs. D. D. Miller, chairman of the American Red Cross for Rappahannock county, has issued a statement to the effect that the Red Cross will pay 5 cents per mile to any persons who-will transport patients to clinics in the fol-' lowing localities: Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, Arlington, Front Royal, Winchester and Warrenton. \ The clinic will be used for Xrays. Most of these patients will be children whose parents do not: have a ear. Mrs. Frances Thornton, county nurse, said the greatest need the- health department has at this time was transportation. Anyone willing to volunteer their services call Mrs. Thornton phone Washington 2631." .
