Wood, deceased, should be commuted and paid to the complainant in a gross sum in cash and the balance invested and held in accordance with the terms of the said will. "•(10) Any other matters which may be deemed pertinent by the Commissioner or required to be stated by any party in interest.
The said Commissioner in Chancery shall give notice of the time and place for the execution' of this decree by publication thereof once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia, which publication shall be equivalent to personal notice to all parties in interest.”

The parties in the above "'entitled cause will take notice that 1 ~ on the 15th day of February, 1351, at my office in the Town of Washington, Virginia, between the hours cf 10:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 o’clock P.Mi, I will proceed to execute the above decree, when and where they are requird to attend with such books and papers, vouchers and evidence as will enable me to comply with the" said decree of the Court. If for any cause the proceedings be not commenced, or if commenced, be not concluded on that date, the same will be adjourned from day to day, at the same time and place, until the same shall be completed.
