$43.47 was cleared at the card party given by the Auxiliary of the Rappahannock Volunteer Fire Company, last Thursday evening. Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr., and Mrs. Robert Massie chairmen. Prizes were donated by Mrs. Charles Bruce, Mrs. Downing Wood, Mrs. Elizabeth DeBergh, Miss Mary Miller Wood, Miss Minnie Williams, Mrs. D. Lyle Miller, Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr., Mrs. Paul Miller, Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr., Mrs. B. M. Miller, Mrs. Ben Cox, Mrs. John S. Browning, who donated two prizes, and Marion G. Watts.
Candy was donated by Hampton Inn, Bradford’s Store and W. B. Jenkins Service Station.
