Mrs. Maude4<jore entertained three tables of bridge at the party having as her guests Mrs. Carroll Menefee, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, Miss Lucille B. Brown, Mrs. John Snead, Mrs. C. H. H. Branch, Mrs. Charles Estes, Mrs. George Taylor, Mrs. Dike Quaintance, Mrs. Fred Schaefer, 'Mrs. C. E. Johnson and Mrs. H. B. Winfrey. 'Prizes in this party were won by Mrs. Menefee, Mrs. Quaintance and Mrs. Estes.

Mrs. Will Keyser had as her guests Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood; and Joe Keyser. Mr. eyser won the prize at their table.

Mrs. J. E. Keyser and Mrs. Earl Edmonds entertained four tables, having as their guests Mrs. David Corbin, Mrs. Paul Miller, Mrs. B. J. Wood, Mrs. Charles Wood, Mrs. Fisher Burford, Mis. G.' W. Smith, Jr., Mrs. John S. Browning, Miss Minnie Williams, Mrs. Lewis Turner, Mrs. B. M. Miller, Mrs. Elizabeth DeBergh, Mrs. Frank Moffett, Mrs. J. E. Keyser, Jr., Mrs. J. W. Price, Mrs. , Charles Bruce and Mrs. D. D. Miller. Prizes in this party were won by Mrs. Corbin, Mrs. Burford, Mrs. Mof|$.tt and Mrs. Bruce,

Mrs. Holmes flail- entertained with one table, having as her guests Miss Louise O’Bannon, Mrs. E. R. Browning and Mrs. Corrie Eastham. Mrs. Browning was awarded the prize.

Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Moore entertained at two tables, those playing were Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie McGehee, Lide Dearing, Miss Mary Christian, Miss Mary Jane Stubbs, and Miss Nancy Moore. Prizes were won by Mr. McGehee and Miss Stubbs.

In Auto Accident

J. Hill O’Bannon of Clover Hill, Woodville, had the misfortune of having a head-on collision in his car Saturday with Nelson Ashby of Fredericksburg. The accident occurred in front of the home of Mrs. Lily Barber at Woodville.

Mr. O’Bannon was badly cut, having stitches taken in his head and over the eye, and he also suffered several broken ribs. Mr: O’Bannon is at his home and his condition is considered satisfactory. Mr. Ashby was injured very slightly.
