The undersigned will sell at public auction at the time afid place above mentioned the following described land:
All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 172 acres, more or less, located in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, lying on the East side of Route 522, leading from Woodville to Boston, and bounded by said road, the lands now or formerly owned by Stant Weaver, Edgar Hawkins, Joseph Johnston, Lynwood Smith, Austin Smith, and others.
Said tract of land contains a dwelling house, the usual out. buildings, and valuable timber thereon. The Harm contains cultivating and grazing land. The timber has been cruised by the Virginia Forestry Service and a copy of the report will be available before or on the date of the sale.
Sale of the property herein mentioned will be by the tract and not by the acre and no warranty will be made as to the exact division lines between this tract and adjoining properties and conveyance will be made subject to any visible^asements or rights of way or those that may be of record.
