At ‘The Lake” Friday
One of the largest crowds of the season was present at The Lake, Washington, Friday night when Gibson Wharton was host. Preparations began early in the day in order to have the pig barbequed and ready for the guests at night. With near-perfect weather, jhfc weekly dances at The ilake during the fall have furnished entertainment for many. After the cold snap Sunday night, decisions as to whether the dances will be held again this fall depend upon the weather.
CHURCH NOTICES
Regular services will be held at the Washington Methodist Church Sunday, October 26 at 11 a.m. The Rev. S. C. Stickley will be guest minister.
