It appearing that a report of the accounts of Edward H. Bailey, Administrator of the estate of Edward C. Dearing, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Edward H. Bailey, Administrator; IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate, do show cause, if any they can, on the 10th day of November, 1952 before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery otf the Estate of Edward C. Dearing, deceased, to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds.
