Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Judd of Luray were week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Gallihugh and Mrs. Gussie Weakley.
Miss Ruth Moffatt and Miss Alberta Collins of Washington, D. G motored to town on Saturday and were joined by Miss Ruth Menefee and her sister, Mrs. Virginia M. Lewis for lunch at the Mimslyn Hotel in Luray.
Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett accompanied by Miss Mary Miller Wood, spent Saturday in Charlottesville.
Sunday guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Brown for a visit with Mrs. S. G. Bruce were Mrs. Gordon Wayland and son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Hyram of Silver Springs, (Maryland, Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Bruce, Robert Bruce, Mr. and Mrs. John Gander of Front Royal. Mrs. Bruce who has been confined to her room with an attack of rheumatism is able to get around the home by the use of crutches. Rev. A. Paul Thompson, Mrs. Thompson and small daughter, Ann Rodes spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown in Hamilton. Mrs. Frances B. Thornton and son “Bummy” were dinner guests cm Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne. Mrs. Thomas Cozzo and Miss Joan Kelly Aylor of Washington, D. G spent the week end with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor. Mrs. Aylor is confined to her bed by illness. Miss Louise Schwartz spent Sunday with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Ewing and family in Harrisonburg.
