Davis attended the meeting of Virginia Society of Women Accountants, which was held at "Town House” in Richmond on Thursday night. Mrs. Davis was one of the .principal speakers of the evening. She spoke on “Women in Municipal Government” Miss Phyllis Verner, who is employed in Falls Church, is spending several days at her home this week.

Col. and Mrs. Charles W. King of Ben Venue have returned to their home following a long period of recuperation from injuries received in an automobile accident.
