Lelia is a member of 4-H All Stars, honorary organization of outstanding 4-H’ers. She is secretary and publicity chairman of the 4-H County Council and junior leader for ..county home improvement group and elec-1 trie project and vice president of: -"Washington 4-H Club. She has beenchairman of the 4-H Fair and edited many articles for the 4-H edition of the Rappahannock News, helped with 4-H suppers, given talks in planning meetings and leader training meetings. Lelia is very active at school being president of her class and vice president of the Student Council. She isi one of the stars in the operetta, sings with the Glee Club and takes part in all school activities. At church she substitutes for one of . the primary teachers, helps with the church suppers and sings in the church choir. „ From ' Lelia’s record book herl estimate of 4-H work: “It has beery a part of my life for seven years.
