Garden Club Elects
Mrs. Johnson Pres.
The Rappahannock Garden Club met with Mrs. Lucio Kilby, Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. George H. Davis Jr. gave a talk on the Charleston Gardens. Mrs. Davis had. visited the * gardens in the past. Plants were discussed for the flower show, and schedules given out for Rappahannock Flower Show, April 22 and Shenandoah District Show, Culpeper High School, April 10. Election of officers for the following 2 years were: President, Mrs* CE. Johnson, Jr.*. Vice-President, Mrs* R. V. Snead; Secretaiy, Mrs. Lucio Kilby; Treasurer, Mrs. J. G. Revercomb. ' , . The arrangement was "Beauties of Spring." The prizes were awarded to; Compositions—Mrs. L. J. Turner, 1st; Mrs. J. G. Revercomb, 2nd; and Mrs. S. E. Hening, 3rd. Specimen—Mrs. L. J. Turner, 1st; Mrs. George H. Davis, 2nd;,and Mrs. J. v G. Revercomb, 3rd. ;
