Mr. and Mrs. George Muth o£ “Stonehaven,” Woodville had as their guests for the weekend, Mr. Muth’s mother, Mrs. Edna Muth, Mr. and Mrs. Lee D. Latimer, Miss Lee Muth, and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Crowe, all of Washington, D. C. The guests returned to Washington, D. C. on Sunday evening for a dinner held at the Columbia Country Club in honor of Mrs. Edna Muthte 75th birthday.

The worship services of the Washington Baptist Church will be held at the 11 a.m. hour Sunday, April 11. Rev. G. M. Profitt will speak upon the subject, “Christ in Our Town.” He will also use the same subject at the Flint Hill Baptist Church at 7:30 p.m. We welcome everyone to our services.

Holy Week will be observed in the Washington Baptist Church April 12-16. Pickens Barker will brnig the message Monday night, Rev. G. M. Profitt, Tuesday night; Rev. Thach, Wednesday night; and Mr. Barker, Thursday and Friday night. These services will be held nightly at 8 p.m. also communion will be observed Thursday night following the message.

The Sue Slaughter Auxiliary of the Shiloh Association will hold its; quarterly meeting April 24 at 2:3Q p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Flint Hill. Please remember this date.
