1. When we send our charity patients to the University of Virginia Hospital, the co§t is $400.00, so I understand. To this proposed hospital the cost would only be $75.00. How can this small hospital do it for so much less? University of Virginia is a state hospital, they do it for cost and I believe they get some help from the state on charity cases.
