Joseph A, Darnell
Joseph A. Darnell, farmer, died at the age of 86, Friday, April 2 at Smith Nursing Home Charlottesville. A native of Rappahannock, Mr. Darnell had only recently moved to the vicinity of Washington from his home in Amissville.
Funeral services were conducted in the Beahm Chapel in Luray, Sunday. Burial was in the nearby cemetery. Mr. Darnell is survived by his wife, Lennie B. Atkins; two sons, John L. Darnell of Sanford, Fla. and Wiley L. Darnell of .Knoxville, Tenn.; five grandchildren and five great-grand? children. J
