4. Attractive arrangement and use of space available.
Forest Grove 4-H meeting was iheld Friday morning. The club voted one dollar to be used in erecting “4-H Welcome Road Signs.” The girls completed 4i-H records during project meeting.
During business session the meeting voted to give $1 toward “4-H Welcome” signs to be erected at thd entrances to the county. Also the; club decided to use 50c for stamps in carrying club activities and also to have a club party at May meeting. The party committee, appointed was: Patsy Woodward, Marjorie Settle, and Roger Gough.
High School Completion Exams Set For May 7
Superintendent Q. D. Gasque has announced that the State Board of Education has fixed Friday, May 7, 1954, as the date on which the High School Completion Examination will be administered. This examination will be given in the Warren County High School, Front Royal, Virginia,' anytime after 9 a.m. and before 3 p.m. Anyone interested in taking this examination should notify Superintendent Q. D. Gasque by Wednesday, April 7, so that a sufficient number of application forms may Ibe secured from the State Board of Education.
