Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deedoftrust from Adelaide Sloan and Wiley Jackson, dated June 27, 1952 and recorded July 18, 1952, in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virgima. in Deed Book 58, at page 156, conveying the hereinafter deSribed land to Jairtes M. Settle, Trustee, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof, the debt and obligations secured by the deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable, the undersigned, James M. Settle, Trustee, will Ifter for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on Saturday, Junei 18. 1955, at 11:00 o’clock A.M., E.S.T., the following described property, to-wit: . .

“AH that certain tract or parcel of land, containing 106 Acres, more or less, and being the same and identical land acquired by Adelaide Sloan and Wiley J*ck*on the Federal Farm Mortgage Corporation of BaU.more. by deed, dated July 7, 1950, and recorded August 12, 1850, in the ClerkVOffice of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 54, at page 169.

Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid deed, as well as to the deeds referred to therein, for a more complete and accurate description of the property .....

There is located on this property a dwelling house and the farm would make an excellent summer home.
