Roy Coates, who was called here due to the illness of jhis brother, Charlie O. Coates, and has been staying at the Lee Highway Hotel, returned to his home in Croydon, Pa., on Monday. He and his sister, Mrs. A. M. Vcrner, have been making daily trips to the University of Va. Hospital to see their brother. j
Mrs. A. M. Verner and daughter, Elizabeth, and Raymond JenMins were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Coates at Guy’s Restaurant on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Coates returned to their home in Roanoke on Saturday night after visiting their brother at University Hospital.
Paul Louis Miller wai a guest Monday and Tuesday of Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Reid and Mr. and Mrs. Downing Wood.
