of meeting of the Board to b<e held on December 1, 1954 and break the said tie, and WHEREAS, the tie-breaker appeared before the Board on the 1st

day of December, 1954 andjbroke the existing tie by voting to prohibit the sale of wine between the hours of twelve o’clock post meridian of each Saturday and six o’clock ante meridian of each day, effective at expiration licensee's present license.

And the Chairman thereupon declared the said motion carried and adopted.

And the Board further provided that any violations of this ordinance shall be punishable as a misdemeanor by a fine of no|t less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00 and by confinement in jail not to exceed six months, either or both. %

And the Clerk of this Board is directed to transmit a copy of this ordinance to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, Richmond, Virginia, and cause a copy hereof to be published for two weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in {Rappahannock County.
