Noah, aware of the eaiiutrophic event about to occur, followed God’s instruction and built the ark. A vessel about 450’ long, 75’ wide and 45’ high. It was three stories high with an opening on top and a door on the side.
Can you imagine the reaction to Noah’s project? A large vessel being built on dry ground, seemingly without any thought of reaching the sea? Noah talking about being spared from a world wide disaster—almost as ridiculous as building a fallout shelter . . . right?
Let’s tease Noah a little: “Hey, Noah, what’s the use of trying to live if the whole world is going to be destroyed ... right, folks? Noah, it’s no use, pal. When the bullet has got your number, that’s it. You’d just as well go with the rest of us . . . right, folks?”
