of Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Keyser. Miss Ikuko Sakata who has often visited Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr. has been called to her home in Kobe, Japan by the death of her father. Miss Sakata was a student at Emory and Henry College.
Dr. and Mrs. Howard Berger <of Falls Church spent the weekend at their home Clairmonte. Miss Barbara Smith of Quantico spent Saturday as guest of Miss Mary Norman Davis. Miss Davis, a teacher at Quantico, spent the weekend at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. George H.Davis Jr. Judge and Mrs. B. M. Miller were Saturday dinner guests of Col. and Mrs. E. A. McNear at Greenwood. Col. and Mrs. McNear of Vint Hill Farm were spending the week-end at their country home. Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller were hosts Thursday at their home Mt. Prospect fora birthday dinner honoring Judge T. Carlyle Lea. There were twenty three guests attending.
Miss Harriet Goode spent the week-end with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Richard Goode in Winchester. Dinner guests last Monday of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Hall at Rose Hill were Mrs. Thomas W. Lion, Mr. and Mrs .Wayne Marcus, William Lion and Miss Judith Getsinger, all of Riverdale, Maryland. Mrs.
