The Reverend and Mrs. James Grimmer were dinner guests Sunday of the Paul Millers. Mrs. John S. Browning was hotess to the WMS of the Baptist Church at her home on Friday evening. Mrs. James B. Grimmer reported on the Baptist Jubilee Council which she and Mr. Grimmer recently attended in Atlantic City. Mrs. Frank W. Spalding and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith were visitors over the week-end in Richmond. Mrs. Edwin Eastham, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Eastham and two children, Mr. and Mrs. Lock Burford and Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Eastham were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Eastham at Hume. Mr. and Mrs. James Yates of Boston were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Johns. Browning and also of Capt. and Mrs. David Hedrick at The Kennels, Capt. and Mrs. Hedrick are leaving soon to make their home in Pennsylvania. Mr. and Mrs. James Gaswood of Manassas were guests Sunday of Mrs. Garwood’s mother Mrs. James C. Fin. cham. Their daughter Robin returned home with them after spending the past week with her grandmother. The Garwood’s also visited Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Welch.

Mrs. Henry Jenkins returned to her home on Friday after being a patient in the Warren Memorial Hospital.

Capt. and Mrs. J. P, Cook visited their son and family The Rev. and Mrs. Claude Cook Saturday in Berryvllle. Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Walker and family of Falls Church were Saturday over-night guests and Claude (Rick) Cook a student at Randolph Macon College, was a Saturday even lng caller of the Cooks.
