Mrs. F. D. Coffey, son Frank, Mrs. Perle Coffey, Mr. and Mrs. John Eubank, Jr. we re Sunday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nethers in Flint Hill. Mrs. J. Harvey Daily attended the regular union meeting in F'ront Royal this week-end and was an overnight guest Saturday of Mr. and Mrs.John Moore. Bill Durden, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Durden entered Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal last Thursday where he is undergoing observation and treatment. Mrs. Durden makes daily visits to the hospital to be with her son. On Monday evening Mrs. L. L. Yates and daughter were supper guests of Mrs. J. H. Daily. Mrs. Florence Johnson of Woodville spent Wednesday with Mrs. Daily. Miss Louise Johnson of Wash ington, D.C. was a week-end guest of her aunt Miss Mamie Johnson. John Johnson who spent last week at his cottage has returned to his home in Hagerstown. Elder and Mrs. W. T. Daily will move from their home in Indianapolis to Luray where they have purchased property on or about June 8. Elder Daily has assumed the pastorate of churches at Thornton Gap, Bentonville, Martlnsburg W. Va. and Luray served by the late J. Harvey Daily. Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Hune of Arlington are spending sometime at the “Hamrick Place”, their country home. Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Jones oi Richmond were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Rodes Brown. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs.Brown visited Miss Eda Finks who is recuperating from a recent eye operation at University of Virginia Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Bolyarc and two children of Washington were Thursday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. H.H.Aylor, Mrs. Thomas Cozzo of Arlington is expected to spenc several days this week with her parents Mr. and Mrs. H.H, Aylor.
