Rev. Carder Leaves
Baptist Mission
The Rev. Harold Carder has resigned as pastor of the Baptist Mission in Chester Gap and has taken a teaching position in Spotsylvania High School. Mr. Carder, with his wife and three daughters, has moved from their home in Culpeper to Fredericksburg. Mission presented Mr. Carder with an engraved silver tray after he preached his last sermon Sunday. The Rev. Koy Peterson oi Culpeper will be interim pastor for the Mission during the months of November and December. By that time the Shiloh Baptist Association will try to secure a minister.
