John Davis Brown of Sperryville was not injured when his car went out of control on Route 211 near Panorama Wednesday, February 24. Brown was proceeding toward Luray at 6:40 a.m. when the accident occurred. The 1964 Chevrolet he was driving ran off the right of the highway and overturned. According to Trooper W. A. Buntin William McKinley Fletcher of Washington, Va. operating a 56 Oldsmobile went through a fence on the Noyes farm near Huntly on February 21. There were no injuries. A 1963 MG operated by F rances Elizabeth Murphy of Winchester was damaged when hay fell from a passing truck on Route 211 near Washington on February 26. The 58 International truck was owned by Tom Lee of Washington and operated by John Lee, also of Washington, according to Trooper Buntin. Mrs. Murphy; was norinjured.
