Homeless After Fire
Saturday morning atapproxn imately 10:15 the Chester Gap and Front Royal Vol unt eer Fire Departments answered an alarm to a fire in a house occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Willie Gardiner Wines and family at Chester Gap. The house and all the contents were totally destroyed. Nothing was saved except what the family were wearing at the time. If anyone would like to contribute to this family they may leave clothes or donations with Hubie Gilkey at Home Service Company, South Royal Avenue, or Albert Cameron at Stokes Grocery, Front Royal or with Mrs. Morris at Morris Store, Chester Gap. If any one has any furniture or household furnishing to donate please call 635-5477 telling what you have and it will be picked up when the family has found a place to live. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated. Clothes sizes are ap follows: Mr. Wines, suit coat, 36, pants and underwear 34, shoes, 7 1/2. Mrs. Wines, dress size 12, shoes 5 i/2, two girls, dresses, 1 year and „ two years - shoes 3 and 3 1/2. \
