The object of thii suit is to obtain a divorce A Vinculo Matrimonii from the defendant on the grounds of desertion, diligence having been used by or on behalf of plaintiii to ascertain in what county or corporation defendant is, without effect. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant Lewis Albert Steele is not resident of the County of Rappahannock in the State of Virginia, it is ordered that Lewis Albert Steele do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect his interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published onew a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be po«Jed at the front door of the Courthouse of this County on or before the 8th day of December, 1965, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
