Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins of Sperryville, Virginia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Judith Willis, to Frederick Hayden Codding, son of Francis C. Codding of Newport News and the late Ruthcille Craven Codding. Miss Hawkins was graduated from Rappahannock High School in 1959 and The College of William and Mary in 1963. she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta social sorority at William and Mary. Currently she lives in Alexandria, Virginia and works for the National Science Foundation. Mr. Codding graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1962, where he was a member of Sigma Nu social fraternity. Currently he attends the Georgetown University Law Center, where he will receive his law degree in June, 1966. Mr. Codding is also employed by the Congressional Monitor. An April tfeddftvgls plahned.
