Comm ission field positions are unique tothia>organization and have not been included in recent pay increases which have been granted other state employees. Proposed salary increases along with a stepped up program of outdoor recreation facility acquisition and de-^! velopment, as recommended by the Outdoor Recreation Study Commission, have prompted the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries to request an increase in basic hunting and fishing license fees from the current $3.50 to $5.00 each. A $9.00 combination license was also recommended making the total increase for the sportsman who buys both licenses $2.00 per year. These recommended increases will be considered by the General Assembly during the session just beginning.
