Mrs. Deco Ella Carter, 88, of Boston, widow of Charles Eston Carter, died January 12, 1966 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Daughter of the late Joseph R. Kinsey and the late Mollle Kippey, she was a native of Eggbornsville, Culpeper County and a member of Forest Grove Baptist Church, Viewtown. Survivors include a son, William B. Carter of Front Royal) a daughter, Mrs. George Johnston of Boston; one grandchild, two great-grandchildren and ten step-great-grandchildren. A graveside funeral service was held Saturday inFairview Cemetery, Culpeper with the Rev. George Williamson officiating. Pallbearers were Paul Karnes, Lee Payne, Ashby Thornhill, Gordon Thornhill, Freddie Butler, Jim Kinsey, J. T. Woodward and George Butler, Jr. Geest Funeral Parlors were in charge of arrangements.
