Next week in the general area of the Hazel River in Culpeper and Rappahannock .Counties there will be the sound of "hound music" floating over the beautiful rolling landscape. The source of this entertainment will be many foxhounds (last year therq were 285) in the thrilling pursuit of sly and elusive foxes. Hosts will be the Northern Virginia Fox Hunters Association, an organization created in 1963 to unite all foxhunters in Madison, Culpeper, Fauquier, Orange and Rappahannock Counties and to promote the sport of foxhunting in northern Virginia. Today the Association has many members throughout Virginia and other states in addition to the five-county area. President this year is Clifton C. Clark of Woodvllle (Rappahan nock County), Vice President is A. Lawton Blankenbaker of Haywood (Madison County) and Secretary-Treasurer is Mrs. Doris K. Ireland of Boston (Culpeper County). The Board of Directors is comprised of two Directors frome^chof the five counties. Directors repre senting Madison County are N. H. Clinedinst of Madison and James M.
