OBITUARIES

Frank A. Yales

Frank Alexander Yates, 58, of Upperville and Alexandria, died Monday, August 15, 1966 in a traffic crash on the Dulles International Airport access road. He was the son of the late Edward M. Yates of Rappahannock County and Mrs. Ida Perry Yates of Washington, D. C., who survives him. He is also survived by his wife, Mrs. Virginia Simms Yates and a daughter, Terry VanLear Yates of the home address and another daughter, Mrs. Nancy Yates Chase of Charleston, South Carolina; two sisters, Mrs. Louise P. Durant of Washington, D. C. and Mrs. Mary Moore Moran of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; two brothers, James Edward Yates, Boston, Virginia and Edward M. Yates, Jr. of Alexandria.

A funeral service was held August 17 at 11 a.m. from Trinity Episcopal Church, Upperville and interment was in Flint Hill.
