Mrs. Dewhirst mother of the bridegroom, wore a pink embroidered dress with matching accessories and her flowers were pink cymbidlum orchids. ' A reception was held on the lawn of the bride's home after the ceremonv. For traveling the bride select ed a white silk dress trimmed in shocking pink and a pink hat. Her corsage was gardenias from her bridal bouquet.
Mr. and Mrs. Dewhirst left by helicopter which landed on an adjoining lot for a trip to Nova Scotia and other parts of Canada. They will make their home in Richmond.
