noon visitors Saturday of the Rev. and Mrs. Charles Kindred and family. Ivar Jacobs is a patient in Fauquier Hospital from injuries sustained in an accident on his farm Thursday. Mrs. Howard Jacobs of Spring field is visiting Mrs. Jacobs and family. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Brewer and children Kenneth Joe, Gary and Shelia Gay of Beckley, West Virginia were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Kidwell. State Troopers K. L. Miller of Stanley. J. B. Willis, Sperryville and Wayne Stockner, Woodstock, who were in Amissville to direct parade traffic Thursday evening, were supper guests of Mrs. Sarah Latham and family. Mr. and Mrs. William L. Payne and son Billy arrived, at their home Saturday after a month's vacation and trip to California. They spent from Wednesday until Saturday at Virginia Beach. The Rev. and Mrs. Harold Carder and daughters of Richmond were weekend guests of Mrs. A. C. Latham. Beverly Carder remained to spend some time with her grandmother, Mrs. Latham. Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Latham of Fredericksburg were weekend visitors of Mrs. Latham's parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Barron.
