RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY: Otis L. Brown et al vs John Raymond Wallace, et al The object of this suit is to take all proper inquiries to determine whether or not it was the intention of John M. Watson and Mildred K. Watson that the 93.4 acres conveyed to them by John L. Jeffries, Jr., Special Commissioner, on June 8. 1944, was to be conveyed to them ns joint tenants under survivorship as evidenced by the said John M. Watson joining in the said deed; and to temove the cloud from the title to the said land.
And affidavit having J>een made and tiled that John Raymond Wallace, James ' William Watson, Evelyn V. May, .Frances M. Peters and Betty W. Campbell nre not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the said non-resident defendants, namely: John Raymond Wallace. James William Watson, Evelyn V. May, Frances M. Peters and Betty W. Campbell do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do whut is necessary to protect their interests.
It is fuither ordered that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published at Washington. Yiiginia and having ciiculation in the County of Rapp ihannock, State of Virginia.
