The Weimer vehicle struck the Hogan car on the right shoulder of the road. Weimer and Constancy Janet Weimer, a passenger in that vehicle, sustained bumped heads. Weimer was charged with following too closely. Damage was estimated at $200 to the Hogan car and $600 to the other one.
