The National Bank and Trust Company of Central Pennsylvania, a corporation, as legal guardian of Alda Armel Allsberry and James Franklin Allsberry, infant brother and sister, appointed and qualified in^he State of Pennsylvania, Petitioner v. T. Carlyle Lea. Jr., guardian of Alda Armel Allsberry and James Franklin Allsberry, infants, appointed ard qualified as such in Rappahannock County, Virginia, et als, Defendants. The object of this suit is to transfer or remove funds belonging to Alda Armel Allsberry and James Franklin Allsberry, infants, and in the hands of their guardian, T. Carlyle Lea, Jr. from the State of Virginia to tne domicile of the infants, i.,c ou.ie 01 Pennsylvania.
