George Hiter Davis III of Washington, Va. was graduated from the College of Law of the University of Tennessee on August 23, 1967 with the degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence. Commencement exercises were held in the Knoxk.fllle Civic Coliseum for the 772 graduates of the summer quarter. Mr. Davis attended Rappahannock County High School, completing his studies there in 1^59. He was graduated from the University of Virginia in 1963 and entered U. T. for his graduate study in 1965. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr. of Washington, who with their daughters, Misses Dorothy Taylor and Drucilla Davis, attended the commencement last week.
