That prestige travel event, Virginia’s Annual Autumn Pilgrimage is scheduled this year for the seventh time. On the first two week ends in October-b, 7, and 8 and 13, 14, and 15 respectively, Virginia's colonial churches sponsor area tours which offer much of interest to visitors. Pilgrimage proceeds benefit the participating churches. The bright blue weather of this season, with color on the Skyline Drive, is making outof-state tourists aware of the pilgrimages as a bonus to a Virginia visit.
