I make application at the store building which will be open every day during the remainder of July and the month of August between the hours of 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The head of the household must make the application unless he is incapacitated. In that event the wife may make it. Those applying are reminded to bring proof of amount of income.
The store opened Monday for applications and distribution and food will be distributed through next Friday for July. A schedule will be posted at the building showing distribution days thereafter.
Commodities distributed will be com meal, flour, rice, dried milk, lard, dehydrated white potatoes, dried beans, butter, cheese, peanut butter, rolled oats and wheat, canned meat, raisins and dried split peas. These commodities may vary from time to time. Bibl e School Commencement
A Bible School Commencement at Amissville Baptist Church will be held Sunday morning at the 10 o’clock Sunday School hour. The two-week school ended Friday.
