Dr. I<ewis John Tumor, Jr of Washington, Va. has joined the house staff of North Carolina Memorial Hospital at Chapel Hill for three years of residency training in Radiology

The 420 bed institution is the teaching hospital for the University of North Carolina School of Medicine.

Dr. Turner received his medical degrees from the University of Virginia and served a one year internship at Norfolk General Hospital. He has just completed a year’s study at Dartmouth College.

He is the son of Mrs. I^ewis J. Turner of Washington, Va. and is one of 80 new interns and residents who began their advanced medical training at N. C. IVJemorial Hospital
