vs. Edward Gordon Hilldrup, Sr., et ala.

Defendants The object of this suit is to have a sale of certain tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, one of said tracts containing 277 acre*, more or less, and adjoining Noce, Bruce, Alther, et al., and the other being a one-half undivided interest in a woodland tract containing £9.2 acres, more or less, adjoining Wire,' Bruce, et al, these being the samej lands devised by William G. Wood! to Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup for life, with remainder to the defendants set forth in the above captioned cause. The 277 acre tract was allotted to the said Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup and said remaindermen by decree entered in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the certain chancery cause under the short style of “Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup and Irene Wood Buukley vs. < larence Houston Wood Anderson, et al”, designated as chancery cause No. 2081, this suit further seeks authority to invest the proceeds of sales as authorized by law and to pay the income therefrom to the complainant during her lifetime; to have the Court construe Clause (7) of the said will, and enter a decree adjudicating and settling its construction; and for general relief.

And an affidavit having been made and tiled that the defendants, Mercury Press, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, having an address of 6505 Chillum Place, N.W., Washington, D.C., is not a Virginia corporation, and that the unknown and unborn children and heirs of Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup; the unknown and unborn heirs of Edward Gordon Hilldrup, Jr.; the unknown and unborn heirs of James Willis Hilldrup; the unknown and unborn children, and heirs of H. B. Wood, Sr.; the unknown and unborn chilt dren of Julia Quaintance W'ood; and all parties unknown, if any; [ and all persons unborn or persons yet to be born or created, and all other parties unknown, if any, whose names and addresses are unI known and who are made parties defendant by the general description of “Parties Unknown”, may * have an interest in the lands sought to be sold in said suit.

It is ordered that they do appear within ten (10) days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in said Suit. And it is further ordered that u copy hereof be published once a week for four weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEW'S, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia; 1thut a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of Rap pa bannock County, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry ol this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof tc each of the said defendants to thi post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten (10 days after the entry of this ordei of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
