Rowell, who died March 9, 1968; and to require the production of all testamentary papers of Cora W. Rowell so that it may be determined whether such paper writings or any part thereof are or are not the true Last Will and Testament of said < ora W. Rowell. An affidavit having been made and tiled that the Defendant, Laurence Bartley McConnell, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject to be disposed of, whose names are unknown, it is ordered that they appear here within the MO) days after due publication of this Order and do what is necessary to protect their interests in thi> suit.
