Janet Leigh Aither, second and Renee Vest, third. In the second group ages 8 through 11, Debbie Grigsby was the winner; second was Kim Estes, third was Diane Taylor.
Named to first place in he third group, 12 through 15, was Bonnie Sue Dodson of Sperryvilie; Judy Kay Aither of Washington was second and in third place was Carolyn Glascock of Amissville.
Judges for the event were Mrs. Sandra Massie, Washington, Va.; John Brooks of Orange; Robert Yearn an of Culpeper and Mrs. Marie Caton of Nokesville.
Entertainment between judging classes was provided by Brenda Printz of Amissville who presented several folk songs and accompanied herself on the I guitar, and The Estes Store i Boys.a group of five young men who gave forth with a varied selection of country music. T. J. Pillar at the piano provided background music for the pageant in his usual competent manner.
