BOARD OP ZONING APPEALS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY

The Culpeper Stone Company, Inc., Culpeper, Virginia has applied for a Special Use permit in accordance with the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, Rappahannock County, Virginia. The above named Applicant desires to erect a portable asphalt plant on the site of their Flint Hill Quarry on Route 647, northeast of Flint Hill, Virginia. This plant will include the following equipment:

Barber-Green Portable Asphalt Plant consisting of a drying unit; bins for crushed stone, a mixing unit for adding asphalt and storage tanks for asphalt.

This plant is being installed to make asphalt mix for the construction on Rt. 211 in Rappahannock County.

The applicants hereby also apply for a Special Use Permit for the operation of this plant, authorized by Article 2-2-36.

A hearing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on May 9, 1969 in the County Court House at Washington, Virginia.

T'he applicants and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
