The object of this suit is to obtain a final divorce (a vinculo matrimonii) on the grounds that the parties hereto have been separated ind living apart without cohabitation and without interruption, for ii period of more than two years, and on the further grounds of desertion.
And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant Comora Rector Fletcher is not resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the suid Comoro Rector Fletcher do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect her interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four succesive weeks in the Rappaahnnock News, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this Court on or before the 19th day of June, 1969, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
